All levels offered: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced concepts, including public folder solutions, team collaboration, and custom form creation. Group Training and Support: $250 per hour for up to 15 people

What you get: These are group sessions with a limit of 15 people. Perfect for several people in the same office who want interactive training without leaving their desks. For a real hands-on environment, users can take turns taking over the application.  Audio is via a teleconference call. Best if NOT viewed on a wireless connection.  Your connection should be via cable or faster. Training session passwords are provided once payment has been made.

Payment for TRAINING or SUPPORT is required in advance, unless arrangements are made otherwise.  Payment for projects may require 50% down of discussed estimated project scope. RUSH PROJECTS will be billed at a higher rate and discussed in advance.

We accept PayPal, credit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks.

Take as long as you like to use them...there is no expiration date. See our refund information for service plans.

Company-wide assistance: We'll even extend your service plan to your employees if you like. Just let us know and we'll make a note of it. You'll be able to take advantage of the larger plan, offer the help to your employees, and save lots of money!

Not for technical or configuration issues, but for user "How do I do this in Outlook or SharePoint" type of questions. If you are having trouble connecting to your ISP or sending/receiving email, etc., our support is probably not for you, but we'll try to help if we can. When in doubt, simply ask.

A word about 3rd party products (including mobile devices)...Since there are literally hundreds of products that are available to enhance and connect to your Outlook, we do not claim to be able to help you if you experience problems with their interface with Outlook. Your first course of action should be to contact support for the 3rd party product.
