This is a membership/subscription site.

1. First, you register...it's free
2. Then you can purchase courses or sign up to access additional free content. The User Registration comes with a core set of free content, but we keep adding more free courses, so check back often!

All prices are in US Dollars.

Registration requires a valid email address and you will receive a verification email to confirm before registration is complete. Hint: if you don't get the email shortly after starting the registration process, check the areas that block spam: ISP, server, junk email folder, etc.

All of our courses are on-demand, therefore there are no specific start or end times. The training and material you'll find here is all for businesses. From technical or end-user software how-to's to ways you can be more successful in your business.

"WHERE ARE MY COURSES I'VE PAID FOR AND SUBSCRIBED TO?"
Once you're logged into this site, you will see your personal list of enrolled courses under "My Courses" on the left.

"WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ONLINE AND THE DOWNLOAD COURSES?"
Nothing, except for how you can access them. The online courses are only viewable through this site for the specified time period. These offer the most value for the information provided. Also, some download courses come with both single-user license and unlimited-user license options, and are priced accordingly.

Click the "All Courses..." link to see a list of all courses. Our goal is to add new course material about very few months and could come in a variety of delivery formats (e-books, videos, audios, powerpoint presentations, etc.)

You will be able to pay for any course using PayPal. PayPal does NOT require that you have an account with them, and allows you to make payment via a credit card for purchases.

If you experience trouble with the automated payment system, or wish to have us process your payment manually, please contact us at 866-854-9550. All major credit cards accepted. Registration is required first.

To be notified via email when new courses are available: Subscribe to Andrea Kalli E-Learning Center by Email. You will be sent a confirmation email titled "Activate your Email Subscription to: Site news". You do not have to be a registered user to receive these notifications.

There are two delivery formats to choose from for our training, indicated in the course title or on the purchasing page:

1. Download for a specified period of time
2. Online access only for a specified period of time - such as 6 months or 12 months

All courses are single-user license only, unless stated as "multi" on the purchasing page.

For volume discounts, many of the download formats are also available with a multi-user license. The multi-user license allows your organization to install a copy of the videos, and supporting material on one storage device such as a private intranet, SharePoint portal or Web server. They may not be published on a public (Internet) web server or network.
