As a WordPress Virtual Assistant, I provide WordPress support and assistance, tutorials for using your WordPress website, SEO and Keyword strategies, and many premium themes that my WordPress project clients can choose from for free.

With design colors and styling in mind, plus content created and in hand, we can typically get a website (up to approx 30 pages) completed in under a week. I find that the part that truly holds everything up is the content. We do not let a WordPress website project stretch out for months on end. As a matter of fact, we don’t even start on a WordPress project unless the primary content has been created by you, or if you hire us to create your content for you.

My packages are good for brand new WordPress sites and for existing WordPress sites, or for a WordPress.com site you want to migrate to a self-hosted platform.
We have both types of WordPress projects: One to select for when we are doing an HTML-to-Wordpress conversion, and one to select for when there is no conversion <= so you’re not paying for something you don’t need.
Not 100% sure what a WordPress site is or can look like? It’s all based on the WordPress theme selected. So many options. So much flexibility.
Selecting a WordPress theme: When it comes to selecting a theme for your WordPress website, there are many choices. WordPress does come with a default theme, however, we don’t stop there. Even our starting WordPress Package includes a premium theme! Saying that, if you do want to expand your design style, you’ll find premium themes to be very affordable and all come with a range of support available.
Without a doubt, many clients find this to be one of the more challenging parts of the WordPress project.
My recommended places to begin looking for premium themes are at:
- Woothemes (two favorites are Canvas and Simplicity)
- iThemes (I really like the Flexx themes here)
- StudioPress (I am a huge fan of the Prose theme, which provides the most easy-to-use design flexibility. It’s plain at first, but your colors and designs are added to make it unique to you. Agency, Associate, and Corporate themes are also great for presenting your professional business.)
- DIYthemes (home of the Thesis theme)
- Premium WordPress Themes (a site that highlights many premium theme websites)
To get your project placed on our active production schedule for my team, the package would be purchased prior to the start of your project. Link to the WordPress Project Details form is sent to you upon purchase.
If there is something that you want to include in the WordPress project that is not listed in the packages, we can add it for an additional charge upon further discussion of the details. We would discount the time based upon the package you’re purchasing. In other words, you’re not going to be charged our standard hourly rate if you want some extra features in your WordPress site.
We can customize the look of your website dependent on the limitations of your theme selected.
To get your content started, we provide 3 Custom and Unique Blog Posts introducing your readers to topics surrounding your business and services. You can also hire us to do additional copywriting for you, such as your business home page, service pages, and so on.
You’ll be responsible for the costs involved for your domain and web hosting.
