Technologies used for our Virtual Services
Virtual Training or Virtual Assistance
With today’s remote access technology, we can provide you (and others in your business) with training and support on your computer just as if we were sitting there right by your side. All you need is either a cable or fast access Internet connection on your computer.
Your connection speed should be via cable or faster.
Web Conferencing powered by GoToMeeting.com
Web conferencing is used to hold group meetings or live presentations over the Internet. It enables two or more logged in users to set up a real-time, online conversation across the World Wide Web. Text, audio or video may be used to communicate in “real time”. Teleconferencing is used for audio during group training. Standard telephone call is used for audio during one-on-one sessions. Other one-on-one audio options are: Skype, GoogleTalk, Yahoo Messenger, or Windows Live Messenger. We participate in all, so if you have accounts with any of these then we can use one of them for our meeting audio. Just let us know in advance which you would like to use. If you have an IP phone service not listed, just let us know and we’ll look into installing and using it for our future sessions together.
