I really like your approach to helping people define goals.
After all the goals are our steps to living our life happy or sad. Finding small goals and achieving them will help to gather momentum and allow a person to progress to larger goals.

Thank you for this wonderful post! I would like to quote this:

“Do you know what motivates you? That’s the million dollar question.”

And so, we should all ask ourselves that question. I think that is what’s most important when we are looking or a job, or building a business.
