Rank #1 on Google and Make Sales using a Business Blog

Amazing Sales Videos

Still not sure if having a business blog is all it’s cracked up to be? Think again. It is an effective way to market your business, services, and products. Just don’t use it as a hard-sell strategy. You have to be willing to give a little (information) to get a little (or a lot of sales).

I thought I would share this real-life event with you.

This morning I posted a new article on my blog/podcast site, “Top 20 Ways To Use SharePoint Effectively”.

A special thanks to Karen Reddick of The Red Pen Editor for helping me to re-write this article.   I didn’t want to post duplicate content from a similar article that I did on the same subject in a different location. BTW, she’s great to help you repurpose your material.

Anyway, I did an audio podcast on the topic and included it with the blog post, and in the audio I mentioned a special coupon for my SharePoint training video course but they would need to come to the blog site to get it. This is especially crucial for those that subscribe to the podcast, but don’t get around to visiting the website that it’s posted on. About 90% of my podcast listeners come from iTunes.

The blog post was picked up by Google within a few hours of being postedI’ve received several sales from it so far today.
