Posting a Video to My Blog Directly from YouTube

I was recently made aware of the feature to set up a blog in your YouTube account so you can post a video to your blog directly from YouTube.

I decided to post my most popular video, “Create a Customer Dashboard in SharePoint”, just to see how easy it is and how it looks once posted to my self-hosted WordPress blog.

Once you log into your YouTube account, click on Account at the top and then Blog Setup on the left. Click the Add a Blog button and it walks you through what you need to do and what info you’ll need in order to set it up.

I know there are several plugins for WordPress that allow you to grab a YouTube video and embed it in a post, but I wanted to try out this service…just to see.
