Cancellations/NoShows/Refunds
Cancellations You can cancel your appointment as late as 24 hours prior to the appointment for a full refund. You can cancel or change the session by contacting us via email at support@virtualassist.net, or by phone at 303-857-5228 or toll free 866-854-9550. We reserve the right to not accept appointments from those who habitually cancel. This policy is open to change at any time. If you do not make your appointment or training session and you do not contact us, your money will not be refunded. If an emergency arises when you are scheduled for training or support and are not able to contact us immediately, simply contact us as soon as you can. If we don't hear from you within a couple of days we will initiate contact to see when you would like to reschedule. Because the training is based on live web services and an Internet connection, if the no-show is due to technical difficulties our office is experiencing, we will either refund your money or reschedule your training at no additional charge. If the no-show is due to technical difficulties YOU are experiencing, we will extend the rescheduling offer for up to 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful attempts at rescheduling, we will no longer offer rescheduling and your money will not be refunded. We reserve the right to not accept appointments from those who habitually no-show. This policy is open to change at any time. Refunds If you cancel at any time sooner than 24 hours prior to a pre-paid session, we will refund your money, less a 20% administrative fee. If you participate in any portion of the class or workshops and decide not to continue, your money will NOT be refunded. If you purchased a service plan, use some of the hours and want a refund on the time not used, then the rate for the time you did use will be adjusted according the published service plan rates and your refund will reflect the adjusted hourly rate. If a refund is warranted, we will give you the option of taking a like-kind class in the future or issuing the appropriate credit back to the method of initial payment. This policy is open to change at any time. |
